What test is
test is an independent online directory of pet groomer businesses operating in Subang Jaya and Puchong. It currently lists 121 groomers, from solo home-based operators to multi-bay salons, all in one place.
It is built for pet owners who want a quick, honest way to compare local groomers, and for anyone who has just moved to either area and does not yet have a word-of-mouth recommendation to rely on.
No groomer pays to appear here, and no groomer can apply to be removed simply because they dislike their ranking.
Where the data comes from
Listings are built from publicly available business information: registered business names, addresses, contact details, and service categories that are already visible online.
For sentiment, we pull and synthesise recent Google reviews. We do not republish individual review text, and we do not quote reviewers. Instead, we distill what customers are saying into a summary signal, then link directly to the business’s Google profile so you can read the original reviews yourself and form your own view.
We update data periodically. If you see something that is out of date, the correction process is described below.
How rankings work
Every ranking on test is produced by a published rubric applied consistently across all 121 listings. The factors, weights, and data sources are set out in full on our methodology page.
No human editor can override a score. A business with a great location or a loyal following ranks where the data puts it, full stop.
What a listed business can and cannot do
A groomer can contact us to correct factual information: a wrong phone number, a closed branch, a change of address. We will update the record.
A groomer cannot edit, request a change to, or appeal its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. Those are outputs of the methodology, not editorial decisions.
How sponsorship works
Some listings carry a “Sponsored” label. Sponsored placements appear in a clearly marked, separate section of the page. Paying for a sponsored placement does not alter a groomer’s earned ranking, score, or sentiment summary anywhere on the site. The ranking you see in the main directory reflects data only, regardless of whether a business has a commercial relationship with test.

- No. Sponsored placements are shown separately and clearly labelled. They have no effect on earned rankings in the main directory.
- Do you publish actual customer reviews?
- No. We synthesise signals from recent Google reviews but do not republish review text or quote individual reviewers. Each listing links to the business's Google profile so you can read reviews there.
- My business details are wrong. What can I do?
- Contact us with the correct information and we will update the factual record. Note that scores, sentiment summaries, and ranking positions are generated from data and cannot be edited on request.
